This is a visionary design that will serve as a grand entrance to a once agricultural city, now thriving with industry and commerce. The city's reputation is well-established for its exceptional fish products, while its mayor is actively pushing for urbanization and industrialization. Our proposal elegantly combines these seemingly disparate elements by creating a magnificent, mechanical fish sculpture that serves as a powerful symbol of the city's evolution from an agricultural community to a modern and dynamic metropolis.

However, this landmark is not just a symbol of progress, but also an oasis of beauty and tranquility in the midst of a bustling city. We've designed a stunning water fountain at its center, surrounded by a meticulously landscaped park. This creates a space for public enjoyment and relaxation.
